This individual will work with the sales staff in the earliest stages of customer interaction to understand and document customer’s requirements, develop proposals for solutions that match customer’s needs, and assure that the proposed configurations are complete with the ultimate goal of reducing the time from engagement to sale and implementation. Requirements include Prior experience in Presales of capital equipment, Bachelors degree or 7 years of relevant experience in a document printing environment. Proven ability to understand complex printing environments including both physical and workflow needs. Ability to work with various management levels within a customer’s organization, Ability to travel both US domestic and international. Travel may be in short trips that sometimes exceed 20%. Workflow Support Specialists

Large High End Inkjet VDP Company is looking for three Workflow Support Specialists to join the Graphic Communications Group. The Workflow Support Specialist is an extension of the Sales Support and Workflow groups providing in-depth analytical support to the transaction printing sales force in the field. The Workflow Support Specialists travel extensively with the sales force both during the pre-sales and post sales phases of a customer life-cycle. The Specialist must have practical knowledge of the requirements and operations of transaction printing customers and be able to demonstrate how their printing solutions can be implemented in the client’s environment. This includes coexisting with or replacing AFP printers from IBM, Xerox and Océ, and also Xerox Metacode / LCDS printers. Knowledge of the products, services, data streams, and workflows that support high volume transaction printing should include knowledge finishing, sorting, inserting, and mailing equipment. Senior Account Executives - Responsible for selling Digital Production Printing Systems products and services to mid to large size commercial printers and book printers. The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-motivated, sales professional with established customer relationships in the territory. The primary focus of this position is to develop and close new business opportunities. Sell a full line of Production Printing Systems products in a 100% dedicated and primarily new business territory.
